The integration with an email address not only records all the requests that come in by email, but also allows you to correspond with the customer without exiting the deal. In order to communicate with the customer directly in BoardCRM, enable the "Email applications to CRM" option.
Then open the desired deal card, go to the "Comments" section and turn on the “Reply by email" option. The sent email will be saved in the deal history.
Important: To send an email from the deal card, don’t forget to specify the lead email. If the email field is not filled in, you will see an error message when you click on the "Send email" button.
Note: The email address specified under "Email applications to CRM" will be displayed as the sender's email when you send a reply from BoardCRM.
